Commercial lockout service
When a manager can’t get into the building at 6 AM, every minute costs money. We dispatch a technician within 15 minutes to office parks in Boca Raton, retail centers in Delray Beach, and commercial properties across Palm Beach County and Broward County.
Our locksmiths use non-destructive entry methods on commercial hardware whenever possible. We work on storefronts, offices, and industrial spaces in Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, and the surrounding area.
Master key system installation
If you’re carrying around 20 different keys for one building, a master key system solves that. We configure the internal cylinders so you get one key that opens every door while staff is restricted to only the areas they need. The front desk gets into the lobby. Maintenance gets into supply rooms. You get into everything.
Master key systems work with most existing commercial hardware, so you don’t always need a full replacement. Our technicians set up hierarchical access structures for office buildings, medical practices, and retail locations across Palm Beach County and Broward County.
Panic bar and exit device installation
Florida fire code requires UL-listed exit hardware on commercial doors used for public occupancy. If your building doesn’t have proper panic bars on exit doors, you could face fines during a fire inspection. Double-cylinder deadbolts on exit doors are actually illegal under Florida Life Safety Codes.
We install and repair panic bars, crash bars, and exit devices on storefronts, restaurants, and offices. Our technicians make sure the hardware meets code and that the door latches properly every time.
High-security locks and restricted key systems
Standard commercial keys can be copied at any hardware store kiosk. If you need to control who gets copies, a restricted key system is the answer. Brands like Schlage Primus and Medeco use patented keyways that can only be duplicated by an authorized locksmith with your written approval.
We install high-security lock systems for medical offices in Boca Raton, law firms in Delray Beach, and warehouse facilities in Fort Lauderdale where unauthorized key copies are a real security risk.
Door closer repair and installation
That hydraulic arm at the top of your commercial door takes a lot of abuse. In retail and restaurant settings, doors get opened hundreds of times a day. When the closure wears out, the door won’t latch at closing time. That’s a security problem.
We repair and replace commercial door closers and adjust pivot hardware so doors close, latch, and lock the way they should. If the door is sagging or the latch isn’t catching, we fix that too.
